Eradicate Depression Therapy And Treatments

Saturday, May 22nd, 2010

Are you somebody that is often down and depressed? Have you lost the will to live? Are you seeking a solution to your problems with depression? These are three questions that I would have certainly answered yes to a couple of years ago. I have however managed to eradicate the depression that plagued my life for so many years and am now able to live a happy and contented life.

I am not in any involved with the “depression industry” if there is such a thing; this article is purely explaining my experiences of depression. I am actually involved on a daily basis with providing a link building service and I also help people to obtain cheap calls to mobiles.

The cause of my personal depression

I have to say that the main cause of my depression was due to the fact that I had a stutter. This speech impediment basically ruined my life for eighteen years and was something that would often leave me feeling quite sorry for myself.

I feared for my overall future. How would I be able to get on in the world with this frustrating stutter? I was fully aware of just how it would negatively impact on my prospects for employment, relationships with friends and members of the opposite sex and overall confidence/happiness.

The solution

I was very fortunate to meet a very educated man called Jason when I was aged twenty-two. He persuaded me to fight back against all of my demons and gave me the belief that I would be able to overcome my stuttering problem, as well as eradicating the depression.

You need to believe in yourself, you need to understand that there is a lot of people in a worse position than you and you need to be thankful of what you do have rather than solely concentrating on what you do not have, explained Jason.

You need to leave no stone unturned in your quest to achieve fluency and finding a solution to your apparent depression issues.

The result

I am pleased to report that after working extremely hard I was able to find a cure for stuttering and was also able to find happiness, the depression and stutter have both been eradicated for once and for all.

Bipolar Mania - What Is It?

Tuesday, April 20th, 2010

Bipolar disorder is also called BPD or perhaps known as manic depression and it is a disorder that’s known by severe mood changing swings. Moodiness happens to all of us; however, someone that has bipolar disorder suffers from extremes of both major depression and extreme elation and over optimism.

This is often dangerous since the depression might be so extreme these people can’t seem to function normally during those periods and also think about or even act on suicidal thoughts. However, the excited (upswing) may lead to risky behavior such as over spending, and actions they might not necessarily otherwise do.

Lots of individuals with bipolar mood disorder may also enjoy times of normalcy between the moodiness when they act and come to feel much as everybody else. Certain individuals with BPD might encounter mood swings more often and of short duration and others may have lengthier periods of both moods.

Bipolar disorder might begin as early as the teen years however diagnosis may be delayed as the moodiness may be ignored as being typical teenager moodiness or even attributed to ADHD. By age 25, the symptoms become more definite and a diagnosis is made easier.

Complicating the proper diagnosis of BPD is that someone might experience mixed states with signs and symptoms of both depressive and manic states present at the same time.

The causes of BPD are not known, some scientists suggest there could be a genetic link however study results are inconsistent. However, persons who go on to develop bipolar disorder might display signs and symptoms in early childhood. Based on some research the signs and symptoms tend to be so subtle they can be very easily wrongly diagnosed as standard behavior or even another issue like hyperactivity.

Adults being affected by bipolar disorder could have difficulties in most aspects of their lives. The high intervals induce these people to become over optimistic, engage in risky behavior, as well as become financially indiscrete or sexually promiscuous. These complications can be endless.

With periods of depression, anyone experiencing BPD might not be in a position to function normally or to keep a job. Committing suicide can be a danger too.

There are a large number of medicinal drugs that might be utilized to handle BPD. The reason for that is that although certain medicines work well on some people, other people show no indications of improvement.

Lithium could be the only medicine shown to lessen the chance of suicide in depressed BPD patients. The medication Lamotrigine has been shown to be successful in preventing depression in various BPD individuals. Antipsychotic medicines might be utilized to combat agitation of the bipolar patient while in the manic stages.

When signs and symptoms are alleviated and emotional swings are in remission the patient still must keep on taking the medication or backslide may occur. Some sufferers with bipolar disorder describe the impact of their relief medication as making them feel dull or drugged. That reduces medicine compliance among patients with BPD.

There are actually effective treatment options for people with bipolar disorder and mood stabilizers can be a main portion of treatment when helping stabilize the patient having bipolar disorder. Because the mood swings can be so damaging to personal relationships, financial status and work performance BPD is going to be dealt with aggressively in most instances.

Pain Vs Pleasure Association

Wednesday, March 31st, 2010

attempting suicide, is it necessary?

It is based on pain vs pleasure. I got this knowledge from Anthony Robbins. people wants to end their life(i mean have not committed suicide yet) because by doing so,they know they would get the attention that they need

Simply put it gives them pleasure.attention equates pleasure. Least attention equals pain.

Yet, people like me who needs or lacks love must not resort to this method. people will always want to help you if you were to ask for their help. If you need someone whom can give you the love that you desired, you must first of all GIVE away YOUR LOVE. Give away others what you want to receive. For example love, people will in the end reciprocrate back to you.

Well, all our behaviour and actions are based on pain and pleasure that we perceived. It drives us and controls our destiny. So can we change our associated pain and pleasure so that we have control over our destiny? One way is to know our associated pain and pleasure.get in touch with your associated pain and pleasureAn example would be, does being alone brings pain or pleasure? Every individual have different pain and pleasure

So the first thing is to get awareness of your being.

Secondly, do things that brings pleasure frequently and do less on things that brings about pain. Our brain will do whatever it wants to avoid pain hence do more of something that contributes pleasure.
Oh, by the way people wants to commit suicide in reality love themselves because by dying it stops their pain and bring pleasure. PERIOD.

God will always be there for you even if you think that there is no one that you can turn to.

Not forgetting, take care of your health.

A Woman Gets Divorced, Becomes Depressed, Engages in Abusive Drinking, and Receives Top-Quality Help at an Alcohol Rehab Center

Thursday, February 11th, 2010

Wendy was the mother of four children. Wendy had been feeling quite tense lately and started to “medicate” herself by having several screwdrivers every night after she put her children to bed. After just about seven weeks of this drinking routine, she at long last realized that instead of helping her ”chill out” and ”handle” her issues, drinking made her feel less tranquil when she got up in the morning. This, in turn, made her feel even more tense all through the day.

After thinking about her situation for three or four days, Wendy made up her mind to “open up” about her drinking situation with her best friend. In actual fact, approximately ten minutes into their conversation, Wendy’s friend, Janae, mentioned that she knew about an extremely professional and proficient doctor at the local alcohol and drug rehab clinic. After talking to her friend, Wendy immediately got motivated to call the rehab center and make an appointment.

Nine days later she finally got to meet the psychiatrist her friend had been talking about. After their short introduction, Wendy told the doctor that ever since she and her former husband got divorced, she has been having an extremely difficult time psychologically, spiritually, and financially.

At times, she felt that the divorce was behind her. Recently, conversely, she has been feeling extremely depressed about the fact that she and her former husband couldn’t “make it”. When asked by the psychiatrist how long her ex-husband and she went together before they got married, Wendy told the psychiatrist that Robert, her former husband, and she dated for five years and then lived together for two years before they got married.

As Wendy was talking to the psychiatrist, she underlined the point that she really believed that she and her ex-husband waited long enough to know one another well enough before they got married. After the kids started to arrive, however, just about everything appeared to deteriorate. To make mattes even worse, both Robert and she started to drink, and their irresponsible drinking adversely affected their love for one another, their relationship, and their finances.

When things got nasty between them, Robert hired a lawyer and filed for a divorce. Although things were noticeably not going well and although she was habitually depressed, Wendy told the physician that she did not want to bring an end to their marriage. Once she received her divorce papers, however, she knew that their relationship was over.

The doctor explained to Wendy that the tension, stress, and anxiety that she has been suffering from concerning her irresponsible and abusive drinking are some of the common alcohol abuse effects and that the best solution for this state of affairs is treatment for one’s alcohol abuse. In fact, getting alcohol abuse treatment is critical because chronic drinking can get the person into even more dangerous alcohol and alcoholism problems.

After eleven or twelve counseling sessions with her psychiatrist, Wendy was slowly but surely able to understand that the real basis of her tension and her depression was that she had not resolved her angry feelings she has for her former husband who had divorced her five years ago. With these insights and with the drugs her physician prescribed, she eventually abstained from drinking, she started to feel substantially less depressed, and she started making time for social activities with her friends and family. A few months after receiving treatment from her physician, she even started to date once again.

It was clear that Wendy had come a long way. Indeed, just about five months after she completed her rehab, Wendy had finally laid the negative thoughts of her former husband to rest and was starting to feel more self worth and more spiritually “sound” and psychologically “together” than she had ever felt in her life.

A Manager Helps an Employee Address His Depression and His Heavy and Hazardous Drinking After a Shattered Relationship

Wednesday, February 10th, 2010

Russ dropped out of high school when he was seventeen years old and eventually got a job at a local crude oil distillery. For the last five-and-a-half years he has gained a reputation as a hard-working and conscientious person who rarely calls off work due to illness.

About seven months ago he started going out with a woman named Emma. They appeared to hit it off right away and gave people the impression that they had a lot of fun with one another.

The Abusive and Heavy Drinking Begins

When Russ met Emma, he rarely drank. This situation totally changed when Emma and Russ started dating on a regular basis. Actually, everything was going great until Emma called Russ one night just about 4:30 AM and said that she had to call off their relationship and that she couldn’t tell him the reasons for her decision at that moment.

The next morning before he went to work, Russ went to Emma’s apartment and found out almost immediately that Emma had already moved out. Russ took this extremely hard. As a matter of fact, he was dismayed because they seemed to be getting along so very well.

When Excessive Drinking Leads to Work Problems

So what did Russ do about Emma? Instead of working through his pain and suffering, he started getting inebriated almost every night. It didn’t take long for his fellow employees or for his manager to notice that Russ was coming to work late at least twice per week and that he constantly called off sick. What is more, some of his fellow employees made an appointment with staff in Human Resources and mentioned that Russ repeatedly came to work with a strong odor of alcohol on his clothes or on his breath.

Russ’s supervisor heard about all of this from Human Resources and also from Russ’s fellow employees. So one Wednesday afternoon he invited Russ into his office. He told Russ that he had recently noticed an explicit change in his behavior, work performance, attendance, and in his sick time.

When a Supervison Can Encourage an Employee to Get Help For His or Her Heavy and Abusive Drinking

Russ’s boss also mentioned that a number of his co-workers reported him to Human Resources because he had been coming to work with the strong odor of alcohol. His supervisor then stated the following: “Russ, your co-workers are not reporting you to the Human Resources Department to get you into trouble or because they don’t like you but instead because they are concerned about you. And I am concerned too. I don’t want to interfere with your life, but it seems very clear that you are displaying some of the well known signs and symptoms of abusive drinking. As a consequence, I want you to go and see a psychologist in the employee’s assistance program to discuss your drinking situation and your depression.”

“Russ, I’m no medical doctor or a therapist, but I have seen more than a few of my relatives and friends experience some extremely negative alcohol side effects. Not only this but I have also seen the signs of alcoholism first-hand in my own family. When people have problems with drinking, these issues not only affect the drinker, but they also make an impact on his or her relatives, friends, neighbors, family, and co-workers.”

Russ respected his manager quite a lot and as a result followed through with his recommendation the next morning when he called and scheduled an appointment with someone in the employee’s assistance program.

Russ is Still Depressed But Feels Some Hope That He Will Get Back on Track With His Life

Even though Russ didn’t automatically feel any better or less depressed about the sorrow he still has about Emma, he felt comfort knowing that his supervisor and his fellow employees cared about him and wanted what’s best for him. This gave him some psychological relief for the first time in several weeks and he honestly felt some hope that he would get back on track with his life.

Wednesday, February 10th, 2010

Is it a panic attack or an anxiety disorder? Do you have a problem with one or the other? The view these days is that they are more or less the same thing.

Both can give you similar symptoms. No matter how mild or severe your symptoms. You will still end up petrified with these attacks.

Whether you are on the side of panic attacks or the side of anxiety disorder. You must try to find some relief before things get out of control. Anything will do to quieten these horrific symptoms.

I’ve witnessed how bad these attacks can be and realised the need for a cure, fast! Many types of drugs are available as treatments for anxiety and panic. It’s vital that you see your doctor soon. There may be another underlying problem that needs identifying.

If you’re pretty sure you have had, or are having panic or anxiety attacks. I suggest you try to avoid prescription drugs. There’s more than one reason why I say that.

First you have the potential nasty side effects. The other reason is that medication programs are mostly only short term things. Most doctors would be wary of having you on long term medication.

It’s a certainty that most doctors would have you stop the drugs sooner rather than later. No doubt the thought has crossed your mind about coming off the drugs, and the consequences. Indeed that’s a very good point.

It may please you to learn that other methods can work far better than taking medication. And they don’t use drugs of any sort. In fact no drugs, potions, pills or even hypnosis.

Other anxiety sufferers conquered their problems without drugs and knew they needed to spread the word. You learn to notice the signals that an attack is about to strike. And then quickly stamping down on them and halting an attack before it starts.

It’s your choice, carry on with the panic attacks and anxiety disorder. Or decide to take control and teach yourself some killer techniques.

Wednesday, February 10th, 2010

Should you take a panic symptoms test? You might benefit from a test if you are having odd symptoms lately. You could be on the verge of being a panic attack victim.

If you are having difficulty breathing and your heart is beating rapidly, this is a big symptom of panic and anxiety. Test yourself for panic symptoms if those things sound familiar. It could turn out to be fine, but you can’t take chances.

What is a panic symptoms test you might ask? It’s a series of questions where you simply tick yes or no. After adding up the number of yes ticks, see what advice they offer.

Smaller symptoms usually fly under your radar. Add a few together though and they may spell trouble in the form of anxiety or panic attacks. Anything from mild symptoms to out & out panic can be grouped under the word “attack”.

If you feel edgy or anxious for instance. It could be just one of those things. But it may also point to a disorder that’s creeping up on you.

Do you tend to worry more than others? Worry is a natural process; we all do it at one time or another. But when your worrying takes over this is a sign that you may be suffering an anxiety disorder.

You probably wouldn’t notice some of the smaller symptoms. But add a few together and they can end up as a nasty anxiety & panic disorder. It’s when this happens that the cycle of panic and fear is difficult to breakdown.

Panic Attacks Causes & Symptoms - Identify The Triggers & Stop Them Dead

Sunday, February 7th, 2010

What causes your anxiety attacks? Anxiety can be caused by a number of different triggers. You may not even be aware of what they are.

My wife suffered panic attacks at one innocent looking junction when she drove the car. That particular junction, if she came anywhere near it she would get struck by an attack. Out of the blue a panic attack would swoop.

Your panic attacks causes could be anything. But every time it will be a similar thing. Could be a dentists or hospital waiting room.

It’s possible that you don’t know your panic attacks causes. It’s important to find out what they are though. It’ll help an awful lot in fighting the symptoms.

It’ll help if you can spot what your trigger or triggers are. When, not if, you get control over the anxiety. You can use the trigger to sort of test how well you are doing.

Forgive me; I’m getting a bit ahead here. Waffling on about triggers and tests. You may be glad to know there are drug free techniques you can learn to stop these attacks altogether.

A technique that you can use when you feel an attack on the horizon. An awful lot of people already use this technique, almost every day. They are now panic attack free and in complete control.

Most importantly, these techniques are totally drug free. So you won’t have to spend money every month. And it’s important to be free of potential side effects also.

These techniques are learnt, and eventually become second nature. When you sense an attack on the rise, you quickly start doing the exercises. It may not work perfectly the first time but practise does make perfect.

So going back to where I mention triggers and testing. You can use your trigger to ‘almost’ bring an attack on and test your skills. Then as you get stronger you simply brush it aside.

Are you going to keep on suffering? Or would you like to discover what your panic attacks causes are and learn to control them. Click this link to find & cure your panic attacks causes.

Panic Cure - There Is An Answer, And Totally Drug Free

Sunday, February 7th, 2010

Do you need to find a panic cure that isn’t based on nasty drugs? I bet you’d think I was lying if I said I knew where to get one. I found one after a lot of searching.

If you get any relief from drugs it may only be for a short period of time. I haven’t even mentioned any possible side effects. This is the reason it’s so important to find a panic cure that doesn’t use drugs.

Click this link & discover a panic cure - with no medication

Some of the potential side effects are beyond scary. One (anti-depressant) drug even claims it may cause depression on the label. If that’s not a reason to avoid drugs I don’t know what is.

It’s proven that anxiety disorders are a problem of the mind, not the body. I am not trying to make light of things here. It’s a fact though that they are in our heads.

Surely then if it’s mental, wouldn’t the cure be mental as well? When I say that, I mean we have it (the cure) in our heads already. We simply need to be taught to use it properly.

The ideal situation is one where you feel a panic attack rising ever so slightly. You then start using the skills you’ve learned to combat the attack. And the result is the attack doesn’t even get chance to start. And you move on like nothing happened.

Fairly unbelievable I know. This time it isn’t, it’s reality and thousands if not millions of people will be able to do this easily. Get these techniques under your hat & you have a panic cure for life.

This system is readily available on the internet. You could be learning the techniques in less than 10 minutes. Couple days later you could be on your way to being panic attack free.

What are you going to do now? Nothing maybe? Frightened that at any moment you could be in a panic attacks vice like grip. Or make a stand and get hold of a method that will let you finally be panic attack free.

The side effects of some of these drugs are no joke. One particular drug used for panic attacks can actually cause depression. If that’s not a reason to avoid drugs I don’t know what is.

At the end of the day the actual problem of panic & anxiety is all in the head. I am not trying to make light of things here. It’s a fact though that they are in our heads.

If it’s all in the head then the cure must surely also be all in the head. What I mean is we have the cure within ourselves. All we need is a teacher to teach us how to use this power.

Best case scenario has you spotting a coming panic attack. You can then put your method into action against the attack. And you immediately stop the attack and carry on with what you were doing.
